Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. Just like all of us, the delivery driver needs a break from time to time.

All products are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

Test your pamo. product for 100 days. If it turns out not to be the perfect fit for you and your home, you can simply return it.
Please include your order number and/or invoice number via email or as a note inside the return parcel. We will refund 100% of the purchase price to the payment method used for the order.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
